Bank Holidays for part-timers
At the moment we can either include or exclude Bank Holidays from holidays allowances. But as per statutory holiday guidance, if a part-timer is due to work on a Bank Holiday they need to use a holiday day for this. A full-timer doesn't. It would be great if the there was a way that BH can be treated differently depending on where a worked is F-T or P-T.

Textarea size on added private notes to a staff member
I am finding it very frustrating when I am adding or editing notes that are associated with an employee. The textarea is extremely small so it is very difficult to see what you have written. Is it possible for you to increase the height of this box? Around 500px would be good.

Allow staff to book time off via the iPhone app
Develop an iPhone app so that staff can sign off sick or book holiday on their phones rather than having to find a computer when they are ill.

Working Patterns visible to staff
Can I call a collegue ? Is he/she still working ?
Will be great if Working Patterns can be set visible to everyone.
Best of all, in the app, the staff "tab" can have a icon "at Work" or "not at Work" let me know if I cann call or not.4 votes -
Have onboarding tasks
When a new person starts with a company, it would be great to have a list of tasks that can assigned to that new person and to Managers.
E.g.
Bring photo ID to office (new starter would be assigned this task)
Allocate dropbox license to employee (HR person would do this task)and so on.....

Use the Bradford factor to score sick
a lot of other HR systems use the Bradford factor to score sick. It would be great to see this included.

Terminating Staff
When a staff member terminates, it would be a good idea to automatically remove any holiday they have pre-booked from the calendar. Otherwise you need to go through and change manually

Date rather than rough age on Staff Wall
When adding anything onto the staff wall, if only shows as a month ago, a week ago, etc. Would be great to actually have the date added specified for HR purposes

Our staff work Shift paterns
Our staff work shift patterns and therefore the software has just become useless for us as our offices work on a Saturday and it only has a 5 day week capability. We need to be able to add in shift patterns so that the holiday entitlement extends over a Saturday.

Salary history
It would be useful if when entering a salary you could add a description alongside the amount. For example, you might add "annual basic payrise" or "raise for meeting x target"

Holiday restrictions for each department rather than the company as a whole
Can it be set up on the system so that i can limit the number of people by department on holiday at the same time.
so for example if someone in X department is already away then someone else who books those days in that department will be warned of a clash?

give an option to delete contributors from a goal
Sometimes, you made a mistake and you should be able to delete certain contributors of a goal. Right now, I have to delete the whole goal and redo it. That's a waste of time.
1 voteThis has been implemented. You can now click on the invite people in the contributors box on a goal, and click the cross next to a person to remove them from the goal.
