Can I Link my Staff Squared Calendar to another Calendar Outside of the System?

Staff Squared seamlessly integrates with a range of different calendar apps, enabling you to see any information on the Staff Squared calendar from your existing calendar.

Once you have set up synchronisation, your calendar will update automatically.

What information appears in a synchronised calendar?

Once you have setup your existing calendar to synchronise with Staff Squared's calendar, the following events will appear:
  • Holidays
  • Sickness Absence
  • Other Absences
  • Meetings/Events
  • Birthdays
  • Work Anniversaries
  • Probation ends
  • Bank holidays
You can filter the information that appears in your calendar via Company Settings https://secure.staffsquared.com/company/calendarsettings/.
