Bank Holidays for part-timers
At the moment we can either include or exclude Bank Holidays from holidays allowances. But as per statutory holiday guidance, if a part-timer is due to work on a Bank Holiday they need to use a holiday day for this. A full-timer doesn't. It would be great if the there was a way that BH can be treated differently depending on where a worked is F-T or P-T.
