Use the Bradford factor to score sick
a lot of other HR systems use the Bradford factor to score sick. It would be great to see this included.

This is now live! You can access the Bradford scores on employee profiles in their sick tabs, and we also have a new report dedicated to bradford scoring in the reports section.
