If a new starter has been assigned a checklist, they will be able to view all tasks included in their checklist. However, if a task is not assigned to them, they will not be able to complete these as the tick boxes will be inactive.
To view assigned tasks, click on the Job tab on the My Profile screen and then the Onboarding drop down option.
All assigned onboarding tasks will be listed underneath the New Starter's Checklist section.
Ticking the assigned task/s will set them as completed, and the task on the new starter's checklist will also be marked as complete.
