Using the Jobs feature, you are able to create active or inactive job listings, upload candidates along with their CVs and link them to vacancies. 

With comprehensive permissions management, Jobs also allows for staff to apply for vacancies internally without the worry of user's having access to their application - or that the internal applicant will be able to see the other CVs for the same position!
