What Subscription Options are Available?
We offer monthly and annual subscriptions. These are as follows.
Monthly Subscription
Our monthly fees work on a rolling plan, so you can cancel at any time. You can also add any new staff throughout the month and will not be billed for these until your next billing date.
Cost: £3.50 + VAT per employee per month.
For example, the monthly fee for a company with 20 staff members would be £70 + VAT.
Annual Payments
We offer a 20% discount to companies who chose to pay for their account upfront on an annual basis. A staff limit is set to ensure that you don't add more staff than you have paid for, but we add a 10% buffer on top so that you can add a few more staff members for free throughout the year. Annual fees are non-refundable after the first 6 months.
For example,
the annual fee for a company with 20 staff members would be £672 + VAT. The staff limit would be 22.
Charities and Non-Profit Organisations
We offer a 10% discount to charities and non-profit organisations regardless of their subscription type. This means that you will receive 10% off of a monthly subscription and 30% off of an annual one - your annual 20% still applies.
