Can I Add a Pro-Rata Adjustment for New Starters?

If your new staff member has joined the company partway through the holiday year, they will only be entitled to a pro-rata allowance (holiday calculated from their start date to the end of the holiday year).

Staff Squared will automatically calculate this for you, but first, you must enter a start date for the employee. To do this, navigate to their profile and click enter <name>'s start date and select the date from the calendar before clicking save.

This will prompt a new dialog box to appear which will calculate their pro-rata holiday allowance.

NB: Please be aware that this is just a suggestion. If you believe that their holiday allowance should be different, you can change this accordingly.
