We will keep you up to date every step of the way.
Your suggestions are reviewed on a fortnightly basis by our Head of Product. At this point, we decide whether we are likely to implement your suggestions or not. If we do not feel a suggestion is in line with our product vision and are unlikely to proceed, we will contact you to let you know why we have made this decision.
Any suggestions that we might consider will get moved to our backload, which is reviewed on a quarterly basis at our roadmap meetings. If a suggestion is scheduled for development during one of these meetings, we will contact the person who submitted it and any other users who have upvoted that idea.
NB: While we wish we could implement every change request submitted to us, this is simply not possible. Please do not contact our support team to ask for an update on a suggestion you have submitted unless it is preventing you from using core functionality. We will contact you when a decision has been made.
