What Happens if I Get Locked Out of my Account?

If you have been locked out of your account following too many failed login attempts and you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will need to contact our Customer Care Team on 0800 033 7569 or at [email protected] to have your two-factor authentication setting removed. This will allow you to reset your password and log back in. If you wish to re-enable two-factor authentication, you can do so once in your account.
