How do I Set up my Week Ahead Email?

Week Ahead emails are sent to all employees and show a breakdown of the calendar week ahead. 

The events in this email include:
  • Holidays
  • Custom Absences (settings determine whether these are shown by name or simply 'custom absence').
  • Sickness
  • Remote Working
  • Company Events
  • Birthdays (staff can only see this if your company settings allow).
  • Probation Ends (only management and admins will see this).
  • Work Anniversaries (only management and admins will see this).
  • Bank Holidays  (staff can only see this if your company settings allow).
  • Company Objectives
  • Appraisals (only management and admins will see this).
They are sent out on a date and time of your choosing, and can be set up in the Reminders tab of your Company Settings. 



To turn these off, simply untick 'send Week Ahead email'.

NB: All staff will receive this email when it has been turned on. If staff members do not wish to see this email, they can turn it off in the Settings tab of their own profile.
