Is it Possible to Assign Holiday in Hours Rather than Days?

Holiday allowance can be assigned to staff in both days and hours. The format that your staff will be assigned holiday is based on the settings in their working pattern - this means that you can easily set different rules for each employee if needed. 

In order to change the format of an employee's holiday allowance from days to hours or visa versa, you will need to create a new working pattern with holiday allowance set to whichever format you wish to change this to, and assign them to it.
