How do I Remove a Manager?

Users can only have their manager status removed if they are no longer assigned as the line manager for any users in your account. 

To remove a manager from another user, you will need to reassign that user to a new manager. You must do this for all users who have the manager assigned as their line manager, until the manager no long has any users falling below them in the Organisation Chart.
