Why Do My Card Payments Keep Failing?

If you are experiencing issues with card payments and have checked that there are enough funds in your account, please check your payment method. You can find this on your Account page (see below). 



If your payment method is set to Irridium Debit/Credit Card, you are setup to our old payment gateway provider and this is likely the reason you are experiencing trouble with your payments. To resolve this issue, please re-add your card. 

To do this, click manage cards then use the green '+ add another card' button on the next page. Follow the on-screen instructions on the next page to add your card (even if it's the same as the one already on your account). 


Re-adding your card to your account will automatically move your payments over to our new payment gateway provider and any outstanding invoices will be paid. No further action is required and your automatic payments will resume as normal.
