How do I make an Existing Staff Member an Admin User?

If you want to give an existing member of staff Admin rights, there are 2 ways to achieve this.

Firstly you can click on Org chart on your dashboard

then click on the Cog against the staff member you wish to give Admin rights to

A new dialog box will appear where you can check the Admin box and then update the staff member's details

Once updated a shield will appear in that staff member's details in the Organisation chart

Secondly, you can go to the staff member's profile page and click on the Cog.  There you will see Make admin

If you want to remove admin status from any staff member, just go to their profile and click on the Cog and click on Remove admin
