What Information can I See in the Holiday Stats Overview?

Allowance: This is the amount of days per year holiday allowance that staff member is allocated
Adjustments: This is the amount of holiday that has been added to or deducted from the staff member's allowance for that year. These can be pro-rata adjustments at employment start/end, holiday carried over from the previous year or other manual adjustments made to support TOIL etc..
Used: This is the amount of holiday the staff member has already booked for the current holiday year. This has been deducted from their remaining balance.
Pending: This is the amount of holiday that is currently pending approval, so has not been deducted from the remaining balance yet.
Remaining: This is the amount the staff member has left unused for the rest of the holiday year
