How do I Add Notes and Files to an Appraisal?

Once you have created an appraisal you can add notes and files to each one.

To do this you need to go to your Appraisals

and go to the Upcoming staff appraisals or Previous staff appraisals and click on View next to the relevant appraisal

You will then see a new page where you can Add a note about this appraisal and attach any relevant files and click on Post update

Once you have posted the updated the note and files appear in a list on the page

When notes or files are posted to the appraisal wall everyone involved with that appraisal are sent an email notification.
