How do I Thank Staff?

Thanking your staff can be a great incentive to let them know that you've noticed their hard work and appreciate what they do. Employees can also thank each other. Here's how:

Navigate to your Staff directory.

Locate the staff member you would like to thank and click on the thumbs up icon to the right of the screen. 

Alternatively, select all staff before clicking on the top thumbs up icon to thank all staff at once. 

A new dialog box will appear. Select Everyone and click Send Thanks.

You also have the option to send a message to your staff.

NB: The same dialog box will appear when thanking individual employees.

Once you have done this, you will see a notification appear at the top of your screen confirming that the thanks have been sent. 

Your staff will then receive a dashboard notification
