While you are adding new employees to Staff Squared, you can choose not to send the welcome email straight away by not checking the Send invitation emails to staff box.
You can then send the emails at a later date when you are happy with the data you have added to Staff Squared. To do this, go to Company settings and click on the Staff admin tab. You can then send the invitation emails to all of your staffmembers by clicking on Resend all invitation emails, or send the invitation email to individual staff members by clicking on Resend invite next to their name.
You can also resend the invitation emails via your Staff directory where you will see a link to Resend invite next to each staff member
