Company links can be added by admin users in the general tab of your company settings.
Any external URLs can be stored here to allow you access to other websites that you use often in order to perform your responsibilities at work, without having to worry about bookmarking them in your browser. These can be categorised to help find them.
To create a new category, click create category on the general tab of your company settings. A new window will appear. Enter the category name and click save. Your new category will appear in the links list.
To create a new company link, click create link on the general tab of your company settings. A new window will appear. Enter the link name and link URL, select a category and choose who should be able to see and use the link under link visibility, then click save. Your new link will appear under its category in the links list.
