Can I Set Restrictions on Remote Work Requests?

You can apply settings to help manage the way your staff request and book their leave.

NB: Restrictions will not prevent staff from submitting requests, nor will it stop line managers or approvers from approving them. When staff request remote work events that exceed your restrictions, they will be warned of the restriction and that the request may be rejected. When the request is sent to the line manager or approver, they will also see the same warning.

Restrictions include:
  • Maximum consecutive remote work days in one booking.
  • Maximum remote working staff at one time.

To set your remote work restrictions, go to your Company Settings > Remote Work tab and scroll to Remote Work Restrictions.
