How to delete a member of staff

If a member of staff has left your company and you no longer wish to keep their records, you can delete their files entirely.  To do this click on the Cog icon in the top right hand corner of your dashboard and choose Company Settings and then click on the Staff admin tab



You will then see a list of all of your staff members and by each name you will see Delete



If you click on the link you will be asked whether you are sure you want to permanently delete the selected staff member.  If you do, click on Delete employee

Please be aware that once you have done this it cannot be undone, and your employee will be lost forever.
