Company objectives and goals and how they work together

When you set up your company's account you are able to set company objectives that will help your company's future growth.

Once you have set your objectives, you are able to assign your employees goals and align them with the appropriate company objectives, so that they can see the direction in which the company is heading and contribute to its growth.

You are also able to set up private goals just between a manager and an employee, or alternatively you can set a public goal to include all employees so that they can join that goal if they feel they are able to contribute.

Each goal that is set will have tasks and a completion date, and you and your staff are able to keep track of its progress via email reminders.
