and then click on Schedule an appraisal
You will then see a new dialog box where you can add the staff member, the venue, the date and time.
If more than one appraiser is to attend, if you click on Select more staff you can add them to the appraisal meeting. Once you have added all of the detail, click on Schedule
The appraisal appointment is then added to your list and an email notification sent to the participants
