"Return to work" instead of "End"
In the sick leave areas, should the "End" date be "Returned to work" instead?

Sorry we’ve got to leave this one this way for process reasons. There’s a difference between the return to work date (when a person comes back to the office) and the date they are no longer ill (i.e. if they got better on a Saturday)
