"Return to work" instead of "End"
In the sick leave areas, should the "End" date be "Returned to work" instead?
1 voteSorry we’ve got to leave this one this way for process reasons. There’s a difference between the return to work date (when a person comes back to the office) and the date they are no longer ill (i.e. if they got better on a Saturday)

Overview table for holiday requests
Instead of the "Accept / Reject" buttons next to holiday requests, how about a simple table view?
Staff names down the left, dates along the top.
This would make it a lot easier to judge who is off and when, instead of scanning a list of dates.
Clicking the cell(s) (block?) for the request could take you to the current Approve/Reject etc. prompt.
A -3 month, +9 month view would provide a nice rolling yearly overview.
This 12 month overview should have one month visible in the window, with the user scrolling left and right, not clicking to cycle trough…
1 voteWe’re working on large changes to the calendar that we hope will address this need without creating another overview table. Thanks for the feedback :)

In the company settings box...
I feel that this is too rigid. Companies will have different contracts in place for different staff members etc Often holiday entitlement increases with service. This is a difficult box to have a standard template in as most companies wont have one rule that applies to all.
1 voteIt’s possible to manually increase staff members profile in their profile. We’re also adding a bulk edit staff feature that will allow you to import staff holidays from a spreadsheet if manually updating each staff member’s holiday via the app is too much like hard work.
