How do I Submit a Sickness?

To enter sick leave, head to the company calendar and click + add new.

This will open an absence form. Select Sickness from the top of the form and enter the details of the absence. If you know the exact length of the absence, enter an end date. Otherwise, tick absence ongoing? This will carryover the absence to each new day until the employee confirms they have returned to work




Once you have completed the form, hit report sickness.

If you are an employee, this will trigger a notification to your line manager to advise that you have called in sick.
If you are a manager or line manager entering sick leave for an employee, they will be notified that you have entered a sickness on their behalf.
