When a staff member leaves your employment, the system will calculate how much holiday is owed either to the employee or to the company.
To get this calculation, you must first end their employment
. Once you have followed this process, you will be given a recommended calculation.
NB: The calculations given in relation to holiday allowance are only suggestions. If you disagree with any calculations given, you are able to override these by entering a new value into the holiday allowance field.
If there is holiday owed to the staff member, you will have the option to update their holiday allowance, adding an adjustment to deduct the holiday they are not entitled to. Where holiday is owed to the company, no action is required in the system.
