The idea is to add left arrow and right arrow (previous employee and next employee) to the top of the page to navigate between the employees to avoid to come back each time to the staff list.
And add the option to stay at the same tab for each employee (eg Job/ Salary)
Like that we will be able to navigate and update quickly some employees data.
