File folders for grouping shared and individual files
It would be very useful to be able group files into customisable folders eg: Company Policy Documents, Payslips, etc. And also to have a file attachment functionality under the Appraisals tab.

Grouping under shared files is very useful. Would be a great organization tool if you could also group files in employee profile.

We need to be able to delete folders (you may be able to do this already, I just can't find the button), and also it would be useful for a drop down list to come up when adding files to group. If you miss-spell the group it will create a new one.
