Include UK Bank Holidays in calendar as default.
Can you add UK bank holidays centrally to the system based on this link: http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/employment/employees/timeoffandholidays/dg_073741
This will save users a lot of time, assuming most of your users are UK based.(I of course don't know where your users are based) Maybe set this as default and then users can adjust as needed.
Is this possible? If it can't be done centrally, will add manually.

Maybe even a list of suggested holidays based on country (Is Staff Squared going Global?) or religion.
