Put together an "American" version
You have a great thing here. I'm from Canada so I get the UK lingo. But, I manage people in the USA. They take "vacations" not "holidays" and they have Social Security Numbers, not National Security Numbers. There are probably other things too (I've only been looking at Staff Squared for 15 minutes or so). I might also suggest that you charge for this version in dollars. It's a big market, you have a great product. Feed the American ego a bit and you'll see huge sales.
Cheers! doug
We now have an Americanized version of Staff Squared available :)

Hello, I am going to use your software (that's awesome by the way) for the HR of both our Offices; NY and Barcelona. The only issue I'm finding is that the Spanish law gives all employees 21 days a year, but in the US it depends on your anniversary date (the date you started). So in our Company, American employees get:
after 90 days - 5 days vacation
after 1 year - 10 days vacation
after 3 years - 15 days vacation
after 7 years - 17 days vacation
after 8 years - 18 days vacation
after 9 years - 19 days vacation
after 10 years - 20 days vacationIs there a way of setting this up so it automatically calculates how many days the employees in NY are entitled to ?? Thanks
