How do I add Bank Holidays?

To add Bank Holidays to Staff Squared, firstly click on the Cog in the top right-hand corner of your Dashboard and then click on Company Settings


Click on the Bank holidays tab and then Import your country's bank holidays


This will give you a new dialog box and you can click on the arrow and a list of all the countries supported by Staff Squared will appear.  Just scroll down and choose your country and click on Add



This will then bring up a list of all the bank holidays for the country you have chosen and is where you can add others by clicking on Add bank holiday and can also choose whether the bank holidays are deducted from your staff member's holiday allowance or not.  You can also Edit/Delete individual Bank Holidays or click on Delete all and remove them all from the list

If at the present time we do not support your country, click on the Cog in the top right hand corner of your Dashboard and select Company Settings


and then click on the tab Bank holidays and then Add bank holiday


and a dialog box with a calendar will appear where you can add the new bank holiday date and a description, and also choose whether it will be deducted from your staff member's allowance, then click Add bank holiday.  You will also see Country - Bank holidays apply to employees in offices of the same country unless you set them to All countries at which point they apply to all employees


If your country's bank holidays are not supported by Staff Squared at the present time and you would like the ability to upload them, please contact support@staffsquared.com and we will upload them in our next feature release
