Personal tab

The information contained on a staff member's Personal tab is split into public and private profiles.  Their public profile will have information that is visible to other members of staff, so they will be able to see their name, email address and work/mobile telephone contact details.



A staff member's private profile contains all of their personal information, ie address, payroll, next of kin and can only be seen and amended by Admins and a staff member's manager if they have permission.  If you want to change the permissions for a staff member's private profile, then you need to go to your Company Settings and click on the Permissions tab. You can see who has permission to view the details by clicking on the Key icon
