Profile Tabs Overview
The tabs that can be seen on your own profile, by yourself and other staff members, is determined by their permission level.

Wall

Public
The information contained in the Public tab of a staff member's profile is visible to all employees in your company. Information found here includes your Job title, Department, and Work contact details.

Personal
The information contained in the Personal tab of a staff member's profile is only visible to the employee and admin users by default. The employee's manager can view this information if your Company settings allow. Information found here includes your Personal contact details, Payroll, and Bank details.

Emergency

Job
The information contained in the Job tab of a staff member's profile is not visible to other employees and only admin users can view and edit all information found here. This tab includes the employee's Job details, Salary, Bonuses and Benefits.

Onboarding
This tab is located within the Job tab and is where you can manage your onboarding tasks. Admins can also manage the employee's onboarding checklist.

Holiday
The Holiday tab contains all of the staff member's Pending, Upcoming, Taken and Cancelled/Rejected holidays and cannot be seen by other staff members.

Sick
The Sick tab contains the information about all of the staff member's sick leave and self-certificates and cannot be seen by other staff members.

Lateness
You can record any instances of lateness for your staff in this section. Depending on your Company settings, your staff will be able to view and edit this information too. This cannot be seen by other staff members.

HR Audit
The HR Audit tab holds a record of all changes made to the staff member's account, including personal details and holiday allowance. You can also add notes about the staff member here that may be relevant for HR purposes. This section is only viewable by managers and admin users, and available to edit by admin users.

Files
You can store all of your staff's personal documents here, for example, contracts, training certificates or photocopies of ID. This cannot be seen by other staff members.

Settings
This is where you can edit a staff member's Notification settings for holiday and sick leave emails, Holiday allowance, Holiday carryover, set Holiday, Sickness and Expenses approvers for them, and set their Timezone. Only admin users have access to this section.

Appraisals
All information relating to Scheduled and Previous appraisals for a staff member can be found here. You can also schedule new appraisals. This cannot be seen by other staff members.

Working Patterns
All information relating to the Current and Past working patterns for a staff member can be found here. You can also change a staff member's working pattern. This cannot be seen by other staff members and can only be edited by admin users and managers.

Goals
All goals assigned to a staff member can be found in the Goals tab. This also shows any goals where you're a contributor, and any for other staff members that are publicly visible. This cannot be seen by other staff members.

Timesheets
Staff can record time worked against clients and projects here. This cannot be seen by other staff members.

Expenses
The expenses tab contains all of the staff member's Pending, Approved, Paid and Rejected expenses. Expenses can also be submitted here. This cannot be seen by other staff members.
